Sometimes God allows things and situations to happen in our lives to test our attitude.
How do you pass the test when you have to wait in a long line in the store? Do you pass the test by having a good, patient waiting attitude, without complaining?
How do you pass the test when a person hurts, offends, or criticizes you? Do you stay unaffected by the person’s negativity, or do you act like the person and offend or criticize back? Do you forgive and give mercy?
How do you pass the test when not everything goes your way? Do you start to be ungrateful and complain, or do you keep being grateful and faithful to God?
How do you pass the test when someone needs your help and asks you to do something for them?
Do you get annoyed because you feel like you have enough with yourself, or do you become grateful for the possibility to be used by God to be a light in another person’s life?
How do you pass the test when you pass a poor person begging in the street? Do you choose to ignore their need and keep walking? Or do you go and buy them food or give them some money to help them?
There’s a lot of times our character is getting tested; make sure you see the tests when you get them so you can pass them with excellence.
